The Time Variance Authority is looking for Agents to join our team. Agents are responsible for creating strategic changes or ends to timelines or variants that may disrupt the flow of time for the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong social and leadership skills, experienced negotiating strategies and excellent organizational abilities. They should be familiar with developing recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract and retain top talent.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage acquisition – Screen and source variant individuals and events. Coordinate the removal process with judges and the Timekeepers. Gather feedback and communicate with Hunters during and after the removal process.
  • Strategize – Manage all stages of the variant removal process. Work with judges to understand the specific needs of the organization. Create exciting and useful recruiting tactics to attract top-performing Hunters. Collaborate with Hunters and fellow Agents to understand team needs and facilitate variant lifecycle processes.
  • Administrative duties –  Schedule variant interviews, draft questions, create and present post-pruning reports. Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements: 

  • Experience with variants is preferred
  • Five years of direct pruning experience, and managing all phases of the process
  • Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative
  • Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
